Legalisation & Apostille
If you are using your documents in a country that has ratified The Hague Convention of 5th October 1961 on the legalisation of public documents, such documents ought to be legalised by Apostille at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office ('FCDO'). We arrange for the legalisation of your documents using the FCDO standard and premium services. Using FCDO Standard Legalisation Service it can take up to 15 working days plus courier/postage time for the documents to be legalised. Using FCDO Premium Legalisation Service we take your documents personally to the FCDO in London. Documents ready to be submitted for legalisation in the morning are legalised by the end of business on the same day.
Consular legalisation
If you are using your documents in a country that has not ratified The Hague Convention of 5th October 1961, your documents must be legalised at the Consulate of the relevant country, often Apostille of the documents is required before Consular Legalisation. We will advise you on the exact procedures depending on the country.
Translation services
